Did you play against anyone as a kid who has since "made it"? I played with Clinton Schifcofske, Shane Marteene and Josh Hannay, and played against Matt Sing
Most vivid memory of your early days in the game: Scoring an intercept try in the under-13s grand final
What is your greatest claim to fame as a youngster? Representing Queensland at hockey
Who was you idol back then? Peter Sterling
Which team did you follow? Parramatta
Do you recall the first grand final you ever saw? The 1986 decider between Parramatta and Canterbury
What past State of Origin match do you best remember? Greg Dowling's try when the ball bounced back of the crossbar (at the SCG in 1984)
Which senior player at your current club has helped you the most? Daryl Halligan.  He always takes time out to talk to me.
Which opposition player has given you the toughest initiation? Jason Croker.  I marked him one day in the centres and he scored two tries by getting on the outside of me.
If you were granted a wish to be one other player in the game, who would that be? Andrew Johns.  He has the perfect all-round game.
What one missing skill do you wish you had? I'd like to be more solid in defence
In which game from the past would you most liked to have played? The 1989 grand final between Canberra and Balmain.
What about another sporting event? Lining up for the 100 metre final at the Olympic Games would be awesome.
What would your team-mates say is your worst trait? I can be too quiet.
At what age did you sign your first senior contract, and how much was it for? I was 17 when I signed for the Crushers and I received $5,000.
If Canterbury became extinct tomorrow, with which club would you like to play? Being from Queensland, I would either play for North Queensland or the Broncos.
If you could have been part of one major sporting event from history, which one would that have been? The US masters golf when Tiger Woods acheived that record score.
If you could swap places with another sportsman for one week, who would you choose? Greg Norman.  He is not only a great golfer, but also a shrewd businessman.
What do you consider to be Australia's greatest sporting achievement in your memory? Our cricket team winning the Ashes under skipper Allan Border in 1989.
What is the most embarrassing nickname you have ever had? "Teddy Bear".  I was out with a few of the boys one night, and a girl said that I looked like a cuddly teddy bear.
If you had to wear one item of clothing from your current wardrobe for the rest of your life, what would you choose? My Massuer sandals.
What would be your ideal holiday? Cruising around the Whitsundays.
Who would you like to sit next to on a plane for 20 hours? Jerry Seinfeld
